Fees: The CLI User Group registration fee is $995 per person. Registrants who are employed by CLI client companies at the time of the program will be extended a complimentary registration.
Dates: Registration begins at 7:00 am on Thursday, October 8th. The program begins promptly at 8:45am. The conference runs until 12:30 pm on Friday, October 9th, 2026 with optional one-on-one meetings running until 3:00 pm.
Location: An icon of downtown Chicago for over 150 years, the Palmer House sits at the heart of the Theater District. We’re two blocks from the Art Institute of Chicago and Millennium Park. State Street shops are just outside our door. Sip a cocktail in our famed lobby and bite into a brownie at the hotel where it was invented. Enjoy our fitness center, spa, and renovated pool.
Conference Format: Please come prepared to participate in this program. The format will be VERY interactive with a lot of “give and take” between attendees, speakers and each other. The goal is to educate through the exchange of ideas, practices, and experiences.
Other Costs: There is no fee to attend this event for CLI clients. Because CLI feels so strongly that training is an important component of the successful use of any software system, we invite you to attend this program FREE of charge. You are responsible for your travel, hotel and non-program related meals only.

Deadline: All reservations must be made by September 8. After that date the room rate is not guaranteed.
Travel:
- Shuttle or Car Service: Servicing O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport use Go Airport Express Shuttle 888-284-3826 www.airportexpress.com/hotel-shuttle-service or www.airportexpress.com for car service.
- Train Service: When taking public transportation from O’Hare International Airport, take the Blue Line train to Monroe/Dearborn stop. Take Monroe east to the hotel. The Palmer House is on the south side of the street. From Midway Airport, take the Orange Line from Midway to downtown. Get off at the Adams/Wabash stop. The Palmer House is located on the west side of Wabash Avenue.
- Self-parking is available at our downtown Chicago partner facility located at 55 East Monroe Street, directly across the street from the Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel. The parking garage can be accessed from either Monroe Street (westbound traffic) or Adams Street (eastbound traffic).
Valet Parking is available 24-hours at the Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel curbside at the Monroe Street entrance. Enjoy unlimited in and out privileges.
Attire: Business casual attire is appropriate for this event.
Weather: The average high temperature in early October is 66 degrees. The average low is 50 degrees so you will want to pack a jacket or sweater, especially if you plan on going out.
