Ben Wiesen is President of Carrier Logistics Inc. (CLI) and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. In this capacity, he is responsible for shaping the company’s overall strategic vision, driving product innovation, and ensuring that CLI continues to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of the freight transportation industry.

Under his leadership, Wiesen is spearheading the next phase of development for CLI’s flagship product, the FACTS® transportation management system. He is currently guiding the platform’s evolution by incorporating advanced capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics. These enhancements are designed to help carriers improve operational efficiency, optimize decision-making, and remain competitive in an increasingly technology-driven industry.

Since joining CLI in 1995, Wiesen has played a central role in the growth and success of Carrier Logistics Inc. and the FACTS system. Over the course of his tenure, he has overseen system implementations worldwide, working closely with clients to help them improve service, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Prior to being named President, Wiesen served as Vice President of Products and Support, where he led product development initiatives, supervised client support operations, and consistently drove innovation across the software suite.

Earlier in his career, Wiesen worked as an Operations Engineer at Roadway Express, where he focused on process re-engineering for satellite facilities.

Wiesen holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is widely recognized in the transportation industry for his expertise in freight operations, software development, and the application of advanced technology to real-world business challenges.


Kevin Linardic, Chief Technology Officer

Kevin Linardic is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and holds a seat on the company’s board of directors. He has been with Carrier Logistics since 1995. Prior to coming aboard CLI, he worked for six years at a small NY-based software development company, developing applications for the transport industry.

In addition to guiding the future of the organization, his current responsibilities include overseeing CLI’s programming staff and he is in charge of the technical direction of Carrier Logistics’ FACTS application. In addition to the aforementioned duties, Linardic is the product manager of FACTS billing and rating modules.

Linardic earned a Mechanical Engineering degree with a minor in Computer Science from the College of New Jersey. He enjoys traveling to the many installation sites across North America and abroad when working and traveling with his wife and three children in his time off.


John Cesario, Vice President Operations

John Cesario, Vice President Operations

John Cesario serves as Vice President Operations for Carrier Logistics Inc. (CLI), the premier provider of freight management software for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) companies. Cesario uses his extensive industry expertise to bring vision to CLI’s products and roadmap activities including enhancements to many operational areas such as dispatch and routing. Additionally, he spearheads the planning and deployment of customer support and training.

Cesario brings nearly 20 of experience from both the trucking side and software side to a role that is central to CLI’s ongoing development of its widely recognized software suite that brings transportation professionals, in an LTL operation, the tools they need to operate cost-effectively while providing improved freight visibility to their customers.
Cesario previously served as CLI’s Senior Transportation Consultant training and advising customers on optimizing their processes and operations using CLI’s software suite.

Cesario joined CLI in July 2014 after spending 11 years at CXI Trucking where he held the positions of Warehouse Manager and General Manager. Earlier, Cesario served in the United States Marine Corps.
