Fees: The CLI User Group registration fee is $995 per person. Registrants who are employed by CLI client companies at the time of the program will be extended a complimentary registration.
Dates: Registration begins at 8:00 am on Thursday, October 24th. The program begins promptly at 8:45am. The conference runs until 12:30 pm on Friday, October 25th, 2024 with optional one-on-one meetings running until 3:00 pm.
Location: The Royal Sonesta Downtown is nestled in the heart of the bustling downtown area. The hotel puts you at the crossroads of business and leisure destinations in Chicago. Stay minutes from the spectacular Millennium Park, the iconic Magnificent Mile, and the thriving Loop district.
Conference Format: Please come prepared to participate in this program. The format will be VERY interactive with a lot of “give and take” between attendees, speakers and each other. The goal is to educate through the exchange of ideas, practices, and experiences.

Other Costs: There is no fee to attend this event for CLI clients. Because CLI feels so strongly that training is an important component of the successful use of any software system, we invite you to attend this program FREE of charge. You are responsible for your travel, hotel and non-program related meals only.

Deadline: All reservations must be made by September 23. After that date the room rate is not guaranteed.
Travel:
- Shuttle or Car Service: Servicing O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport use Go Airport Express Shuttle 888-284-3826 or www.airportexpress.com for car service.
- Train Service: Midway is the Orange Line (State/Lake Station), and O’Hare is the Blue Line (Clark/Lake Station). Both stations for Midway and O’Hare are within a 5 minute walk from the hotel
- O’Hare International Airport – Blue line ‘ El ‘ train: Follow signs for Blue Line train which arrives and leaves the airport every 15 minutes. Get off at LAKE/CLARK station (about 45 minute ride). Follow the signs that say James R Thompson Center. Walk upstairs or take the escalator and when you exit the building on Lake Street (East), walk in the direction with the traffic (East) about 2 blocks to Wabash Street. Make a left and walk another block crossing Wacker PL Street, walk about 400 feet and the hotel will be to your right. Going back to the airport just follow the same route you came from and follow the sign that says O’Hare or To Airport in the tunnel. Cost $2.50. http://www.transitchicago.com/blueline/#hours
- Midway Airport – Train Service – Orange line ‘El’ train: Follow signs for Orange line train which arrives and leaves the airport every 15 minutes. Get off at STATE/LAKE station (about 35 minute ride). Walk downstairs and proceed on Lake Street heading east. Walk 1 block to Wabash Street make left and walk another block crossing Wacker PL Street. Walk about 400 feet and the hotel will be to your right. Going back to the airport just follow the same route you came from make sure you are on the south side of the tracks/platform, ONLY get on the train that says Midway or has a symbol of an Airplane on it. Attire: Business casual attire is appropriate for this event.
Weather: The average high temperature in late October is 60 degrees. The average low is 42 degrees so you will want to pack a jacket or sweater, especially if you plan on going out.
