Enterprise Sales Representative
Full-Time · Reports to CEO

The Role
We are hiring an enterprise sales representative, someone who will build CLI’s outbound sales motion from the ground up and drive meaningful new logo growth. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will have the industry relationships, the credibility, and the drive to pursue carriers who need a better system and help them understand why CLI is it.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage an outbound pipeline targeting LTL carriers not currently on CLI
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through signed contract
  • Engage multi-stakeholder buying teams including VP Operations, CFO, IT, and ownership
  • Drive expansion revenue within CLI’s existing install base through structured account management
  • Lead proactive pricing conversations with long-tenured accounts using a value-based approach
  • Implement and maintain CRM discipline with clean pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Build a repeatable, documented sales process where none currently exists

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Domain expertise in LTL freight, trucking logistics, or transportation software
  • Proven quota attainment with specific numbers to back it up — 95%+ in at least 3 of the last 5 years
  • Demonstrated ability to build outbound pipeline without SDR or marketing support
  • CRM discipline: clean pipeline hygiene, documented activity, reliable forecasting
  • Technically fluent enough to discuss software integrations, APIs, and ERP connections at a business level
  • Honest, self-directed, and independently motivated, you do not need to be managed to perform

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing relationships with LTL carrier executives across operations, IT, or ownership
  • Experience selling in an early-stage environment without full marketing or support infrastructure
  • Familiarity with enterprise TMS platforms and the LTL software landscape
  • Background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
